UI Web Designer
Job description:
Are you a creative and trend setting Web Designer/Developer that wants to be a part of a fast-paced, high energy production team? Do you have at least 3 years of experience as a UI or Front End Web Designer? If so, read on!
We are looking for a Senior Flash Developer/ Web Designer to join our dynamic team.
What you`ll be doing:
• Designing and developing rich media websites, designing advertising campaigns focused on brand development and management.
• Working in a dynamic, highly skilled team where each individual must be accurate, timely, and on budget.
What you need to qualify for this position:
• Flash 8 and expert level ActionScript 2.0 programming skills
• XHTML, CSS, W3C, CSS design, AJAX, script.aculo.us, Prototype, etc.
• Strong UI Design and Graphics Design Background
• Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks
• Knowledge of JavaScript and browser compatibility issues
• Web Code/ Markup
• A highly creative approach to Web Design and familiarity with trends in design and technology
• High energy level and a playful attitude yet serious and hard working adaptable to understand and remain focused on objectives in a fast paced environment.

[PHOTOSHOP + CSS DESIGNER]
Responsibilities:
We seek a talented designer to fully work on the CSS & HTML content of www.lines.com & beach.com . This person will make changes when necessary, add pages, and work to improve the overall quality of the site.
Requirements:
1) Knowledge of computer filename methodologies, and organization of folders & files & file types.
2) Extremely organized individual
3) 2-3 yrs ability to to design light-weight and cross-browser compatible CSS pages.
4) 2-3 yrs hand-coded HTML skills
5) Knowledge of SFTP & uploading files to a server
6) Photoshop cropping & selection of pictures
7) Banner design Photoshop & Flash skills a must
8) eMarketing knowledge
9) Understanding of online-user behavior
10) Understanding of click-related behavior
11) Must be comfortable handling adult/mature and sometimes pornographic images
Preferred Skills:
1) CVS or SVN knowledge (not necessary but a plus)
2) Some knowledge of PHP programming, but not necessary.
